You can change your Empower password from the default assigned originally.

Make sure you update the password stored for Empower in the IAIA Portal also.

Change the Password
This will remain your Empower password until you change it again. Changing your Empower password doesn't affect your existing passwords on any other IAIA system.
If You Forget Your Password
Don't forget to set the password in the IAIA Portal too.
