This article shows how to change Spam/Clutter email setting when you have regular emails that are going to Spam/Clutter folder instead of Inbox.
Quick Guide
Outlook> Clutter folder> Right click on the email you would rather receive in inbox folder> Move > Move all messages from... > Select "Move all the messages from the Clutter folder and any future messages" > Select "Move to: Inbox"
