You can follow these steps to ensure that Canvas messages go to your Focused Mail folder in outlook (as opposed to "Other").
Beginning in Outlook, go to Settings.
To see Condition options, click the downward arrow next to Select a Condition.
Click the arrow by Select an Action to choose your rule.
Don't forget to hit Save!
