This digital PARS form will make the hiring process more efficient and easier to track.
To begin, Department Chairs will go to this PARS Airtable Form link.
To log in, use the credentials:
Username: [email protected]
Password: $PARS2024
If you use an Airtable account associated with your IAIA email, you will NEED TO LOG OUT of that account and RE-LOG IN WITH THE [email protected] INFO ABOVE.
Create a new PAR by clicking the "+" button right of the "Create a PAR for this Faculty" field.
Fill in/select the info in this window that pops up.
A record of each PAR you create will display in the table below. Scroll right through the fields and make sure to enter all the information necessary about timing, first and last course dates, department/grant code, amount, and whether the course is stacked.
When you have entered all your PAR information, click the Submit PAR button at the bottom of the page.
Once your PAR has been submitted, you'll receive an email asking you to electronically sign the PAR. The signature is the last step in the process. You'll need to click "submit" in the signature field and at the bottom of the window.
