Some files are too large to share via email. A link to a file in OneDrive is an ideal way to share it.
Create a link to a file
1. Sign in to your IAIA email account, then view OneDrive.
2. Display the folder with the files you wish to shave via link, then...
In the next steps, you will turn off the ability of others with the link to edit/modify your file.
OneDrive generates the link, with your new settings.
The link is now copied to your computer's clipboard, ready for pasting into Canvas, an email message, etc.
