Comments Toolbar
You won't see all of the editing mark commands unless you display this toolbar. (See the first heading, below.)

This command shows where to insert new text within existing text.

This command shows a strike-through, with a note about what the replacement text should be.


This command shows where to strikes out.

Sometimes you'll need to remove a previous annoation. You simply click, then tap the Delete key.
