Adding Editing Marks

You can add marks to insert, replace, and delete text.

Comments Toolbar

You won't see all of the editing mark commands unless you display this toolbar. (See the first heading, below.)

Display the Comments toolbar

Insert Text

This command shows where to insert new text within existing text.

Replace Text

This command shows a strike-through, with a note about what the replacement text should be.

Delete Text

This command shows where to strikes out.

Remove an Edit/Annotation

Sometimes you'll need to remove a previous annoation. You simply click, then tap the Delete key.
