Streaming to Apple TV (iPhone)

Updated on

You can use your iPhone as a streaming video source. This is especially useful for studio demonstrations. You can stream this video in studios and classrooms equipped with Apple TVs. You can also stream video to a Zoom meeting (in place of your normal webcam).

Before You Begin
Make sure you've installed the EpocCam app on your iPhone. Follow the instructions to tell EpocCam how to connect to your streaming devices. (Usually, either a wireless connection, or tethered via a cable.)

Click here to view EpocCam instructions if you haven't already installed it.

Starting a Stream (Start Screen Mirroring)

The Apple TV should display the webcam image from EpocCam. This won't have the distracting EpocCam controls.
