Categorization questions allow you to identify two or more Categories that pertain to your course topic. Then you create items that must get sorted into the categories by dragging and dropping.
For item #3: you can have as many categories as you wish - no fewer than 2.
For item #4: "Answers" are the items you want the student to drag into the appropriate category box. Be sure answers are listed underneath the category to which they belong so that Canvas knows where each item is supposed to be dragged.
