These steps will show you how to embed an image into a Canvas discussion.
- Be sure that your image/file is ready and that you know how to easily locate it.
- Then open Canvas and navigate to the discussion in your course.
- Scroll, if necessary, until you see "Reply" below the assignment or below another student's submission.




This will bring you back into the Canvas discussion, where you will see your image embedded into your "Reply" area.
